Which size should I choose?

Measure around the widest part of your dog’s head, just in front of the ears. S fits 9.8–15" (25–38 cm), M fits 13.8–18.9" (35–48 cm) and L fits 17.7–23.6" (45–60 cm). Between two sizes, choose the larger one. Wrong size? Contact us within 30 days and we’ll help you swap it.

Will it block all sound?

No — and it shouldn’t. It softens loud sounds so they are less startling, while your dog can still hear you.

Will my dog accept wearing it?

Most dogs get used to it quickly. Let your dog sniff it first, put it on for a few minutes during a calm moment with a treat, and then use it for baths, grooming or storms.

Can my dog breathe and see normally?

Yes. The hood covers the head and ears only — the eyes, nose and mouth stay free. Always supervise your dog while wearing it and don’t leave it on while unattended.

Will it cure my dog’s anxiety?

Elanori is not a medical device and does not treat anxiety or ear conditions. It simply softens noise and keeps ears dry, which can make stressful moments easier. If your dog has severe anxiety or an ear problem, please talk to your vet.

How do I wash it?

Close the hook-and-loop strap, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash. Air dry.
