Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another one with tracking information when it ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery to the United States is 10-15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping to the United States is free. Any shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will help you resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
