Refund Policy
We want you to love your Elanori purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, worn or washed sleep masks cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Want a different color? Request a return for the original item and place a new order for the color you'd like.
